When I apply Inverse Kinematics to the foot and move, it gets inverted...

Hi all. I have an issue about inverse kinematics. Firstly, I want to present the files:

The problem:

The problem is, when you do extreme poses with foot IK in Blender, the legs gets distorted. I tried limiting rotations, and it doesn’t work. Can you help me?

Your Limit Rotation on the bone bacak_alt forbids the IK chain to do the necessary rotations.
In any case, you should use some pole targets for the knees, to act as a better guarantee that the knees always point where they should.
