How should i learn Blender

Hello blender artists,
I’m new here and i want to learn blender but i don’t know how to start
should i learn from Blender documentation or watch videos on YouTube like BornCG and Blender Guru.

Thank you :o:o

Thank you GrimZA

So i don’t have to read Blender Manual first ??
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/

I think it would be good to watch some basic tutorials like the one linked by GrimZA or this one:

and then begin with small projects that are interesting to you and learn as you go. It’s easier to learn if you’re working on something imo. The info you need can be found in You Tube tutorials, on Stack Exchange, this forum, reddit (/r/blenderhelp) and even sometimes the documentation…

I wouldn’t do that. Just get your feet wet. Videos are better most of the time because you see stuff happening.

Thank you So much mbbmbbmm , I’m really greatful

these ones have correct information and use actual terminology. Also showcases some modeling tools but you would start using them in an actual project, following a tutorial.

Thank you bro

the documentation is for those moments when you wonder “what the hell does that even do?”.

hmmm I understand now
thanks
