Good tutorials regarding dynamic topology?

I have started using Blender’s dynamic topology for sculpting but the models always turn out too lowpoly to do anything with it. So I would appreciate it if someone could provide good tutorials on the matter.

There’s a slider just under the “Dyntopo” checkbox that says “Detail Size” its based on pixels, so if you zoom in it will create more topology than if you’re zoomed out. If you make the pixel size smaller in that setting, you will have a higher poly sculpt. Typically you want to start something low poly to really flesh out the form and proportions, and then when you’re satisfied, turn down the detail size and, yknow, add the smaller details.

Oh, and keep in mind, since its based on pixel size, if you zoom in and add a lot of fine detail, but then zoom out and go over the same area, it will pretty much erase it by making larger polygons there.

Hi, there are many video tutorials on youtube.
These to get started are very good.

Thank you so much for all the help. I understand how dynamic topology works now.
