How do I replicate certain Zbrush features in Blender?

While working with sculpting in Blender I have realized that there are some things that you can do in Zbrush that are not readily available in Blender. So I want to know how to replicate certain Zbrush features in Blender. Some features that I would like to know how to use in Blender are Zspheres, extraction, and insert mesh.
