You’ve got to understand that character creation isn’t as simple as following a tutorial. And even if it was, what if you then decided you wanted to model Tails? Would you need a tutorial for that?
Honestly I quit reading your post when you said you didn’t have a model sheet!? Type ‘Sonic model sheet’ into google images. There’s a ton of model sheets available.
You’ve got to break down the process, and approach the individual steps interdependently. Posting in a support thread “how do I do all this stuff” isn’t helpful for anyone. Approach and learn the steps that will get you further toward your goal. Don’t let your mind get clouded by all the things you don’t know. Think about what the first step should be… then type ‘Sonic model sheet’ into google.
By the way, there are TONs of Sonic model sheets, but these are the only two official ones I know of.
