Blender fbx to Unreal UV question

When I import model in Unreal and place it in editor it says invalid lightmap settings. I tried to change something in Unreal but with no luck.

How to export fbx from Blender properly ?

Unreal needs two separate UV channels.
Either you create both of them in Blender (for me that’s the way to go) or you let UE automatically creating this second set.

This second UV channel will be used to bake your lightmap textures and should NOT have any overlapping UVs, if there any, UE engine spits messages like this.
