Yeah… Its easy you just to determine where the details are needed. unless you want to make so many close shots and all
It’s not really a trick, since that limits you to render the image only from above, or specific angles but not any angle 
That what i wanted to say. When you dont need that angle where every minute detail must be seen then you can cheat like that.
