Some basic questions: What’s your budget? A “middle price” may vary from one country to another. Do you need a pre-built pc, or you’re going to build a custom one on your own? Do you already have a decent monitor, or is a new one included in the price?
Have you tried PCpartpicker? The website is not customised for Israel but I’m sure you will find it helpful.
