2.7 hotkeys and shortcuts?

I just went through most of the online documentation: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/interface/common_shortcuts.html

and was really surprised that there is not a list of shortcuts and hot keys!

am I missing something here?

specifically I’m trying to remember the hot key for centering a selection in the 3D View window when editing or manipulating meshes.

I’ve found a few other resources for hotkeys that I am posting here as well… but I’m really curious why the official documentation doesn’t have a full list?

You’re looking for Numpad-dot (.)

As for a comprehensive list of Blender hotkeys, that would be pretty long and extensive. The most recent try on that (to my knowledge) has been this poster. Really, though, the faster way would be to use Blender’s interactive search feature (Spacebar).
