I know the HDRI’s are good. And also I tried multiple ones. I either get an all black screen though wiht the house being lit, or just plain individual colors being reflected in the scene.
I set them up as normal and can’t see anything I am doing wrong. Very basic stuff, just trying to See the hdri.

Very basic stuff, seeing any of the textures you didn’t include in your .blend file
Are you rendering the scene or using the viewport render. If doing the latter you would need to be in perspective view to see the backgound image in the viewport

Ohh sorry I forgot to pack the textures. but rendering seems to have worked.
