Zbrush + Blender

Hello follow blenders!

I currently started learning Zbrush.
So a big question popped out : what to use it for?
I mean obviously its better then blender in sculpting, but what about rigging for example?
And what workflow would you recommend:
Create a lowpoly in blender and sculpt it in zbrush to make a normal map later
Or
Rather start right away in zbrush and recalculate it to lowpoly and import it to blender?
Is there anything esle you can recommend?
