Very nice! How many light sources are used and what render options?

Hi scorpius, For the lighting I use HDR and a plane set to emission material behind the windows.
About the render option I work only on the Color Management tab. Here I set render to Filmic Log Encoding Base and Look to Base Contrast then I tip on Use Curve and I change the graphic curve a little bit.

Regards.

Is there an opening or light on the ceiling? It looks like something is reflecting off the top of the light bulb.

When I try to do scenes like this the walls are grey and the back wall is too dark. Is there any special material you use to get the wall so white? Most of the materials look like plain diffuse ones.

The light bulb reflection is a natural reflection, it depends by the glass material was made and by the HDR lighting
To render the image I hidden the wall in front of the camera, in this way the light of the HDR, can better lighting all the ambient and the walls appear more white.

I hope everything is clear.
