cannot reset character's pose in "pose mode", want to redo animaton

Hello

I’ve been having issue with blender lately. My characters pose will not reset in pose mode. and trying to tweak and manipulate movements. back to T post is proving impossible.

Sry to bump topic, I did not bother showing pictures as my post are blocked/moderated.

Normally you would reset selected bones’ rotation with alt+r in pose-mode and position with alt+g.

Thank you! that fix my issue. still getting the hang of all this. Trying to get larger quantities of practice in with blender. Animation/rigging has been the toughest for me.
