The one thing that bothers me is his right arm is tucked behind him in a weird way. I would put it in his lap like his left, but that’s personal preference.

Ya his pose is a bit questionable.
The shafting light was added in photoshop. Just painted some streaks, to fit the lightning, on a transparent layer and ajdusted the opacity of the layer.

Very simply actually. I created a base mesh in make human and positioned him as i wanted, then i sculpted a bit to get the anatomy right and that’s it:)
