Triangle junkie ("terrain designer") needed

Needed: One set of untextured terrains for a low-poly mobile game. I will provide a proprietary application that converts any black-and-white heightmap into a tessellated mesh that blender can open. Some cleanup and detailing around the perimeter will be needed using sculpt, randomize tools primarily. “Production-ready” files will be stored in .blend format.

Post - Sorry, not using Unity or Unreal; the app uses a proprietary OpenGL ES 2 engine.

What does the file output need to be?

The output is a blender file (which will then be exported to obj, run through a proprietary renderer, converted to a binary file and loaded into the game).
