Hi i just got back into using blender and something weird is happening with rigify.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I haven’t worked with rigify at all but having contact with similar add-ons I have to assume that the hand slider is set to IK instead of FK and that’s why you’re getting that stretching. But I can be wrong, given what I’ve just said, the best course of action would be to upload the blend file here for us to inspect it. Oh… and yeah, the moderator will surely transit this thread from Modeling section to Animation and Rigging since it really doesn’t fit with the whole modeling thing.
I suggest you upload blend file on this site.
