Shrink warp modifier + curve modifier don't work

Ring modifier error.blend (462 KB)

The first cube & nurbs path work with these 2 modifiers

but cube.001 & nurbs path.001 didnt
I set all parameters the same and have been tried for a day
but still, the cube didn’t follow the nurbs path with shrink warp

How to fix it?

You can either apply the Shrinkwrap modifier of the Nurbspath.001 curve or just enable the apply on spline option that you can see as a curved sheet of paper
on your Shrinkwrap modifier.
