Subdivision Surface Modifier not Rendering [SOLVED]

I am trying to make a dragon in Blender. I have enabled a Subdivision Surface Modifier, and it is set to 1 for viewport and 3 for render (see image). However, when I render an image or an animation of this dragon, there is no subsurf at all. It is still blocky.

In the subsurf modifier settings you have disabled the modifier when rendering


wow. How did I not notice that? Thank you for pointing that out now, yikes I feel like a noob now (I am though :eek:)
