Body model mesh

Hi,
I am an artist in New York and I am looking for someone who is able to properly model a male body with blender, paying attention to the edgeflow so that it may in the future be animated with ease.

The mesh should be relatively low poly but very clean, approximately like this (in the male version):

I found that a good guideline for the edgeflow could be this:

The body has to be eventually attached to a head of my creation. This is the model I am currently working on to which the properly modeled body should be joined. As you can see the guy has skinny and tall proportions:
