Which tool bar has the x, y, z, degree angles that you can enter the axis and # of degrees you want to rotate it to?
I gave a blender project to another blender artist here on these forums to texture everything, when he returned it to me, the UI was completely different from what I remembered.
I am very new to blender and am not intimately familiar to how to use it.
