inkscape svg import

Hello there
after checking a lot of stuff out, in preferences for both programs, I can not import
an svg. file like it used to do… it imports the svg. file approx 2.8 times smaller and at different zero point
blender version 2.78 inkscape 0.92
anybody can help???

thanks a lot, but it s all a bit greek to me :frowning:
exported with plain svg but size stays the same, just moved it to other place , negativ y axe

What with inkscape > preferences>input/output>
SVG output??
I d like to realize 3d precision print and don t want to gamble with sizes

did the operation over on another computer
and all is ok and fits, size ( 9.97 x 9.97 instead of 10 xs 10 ) and the zero is at zero
so I guess I must do a reset to factory setting for both programs
