Shading / Topology issues with Blender Bevels

Hi,

I’m new to Blender but I’m really starting to love it. I have an issue with the bevels though, and I’m sorry if this has been processed already in other threads. In concave areas, topology seems to flow in a not so great way, generating visual shading artifacts. Attachment shows a comparison between how Blender and Maya treats bevels in these areas. Also I think it’s quite a sharp seam along all bevels in general in Blender. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Thanks GrimZA! It seems that the edge that you put diagonally solved the issue (I also had to set the Limit Method to None, it was set to Weight in HardOps/ in my work env for some reason)
