Keep pose but remove rig?

So his clothes and things are a little twisted in areas. I think what I want to do is apply the rig as is, and just finish the position he is in modeling it out. to fix the twisting and things like that. Unless there is another way. I am fairly new, but all I really want is to get him into the pose. Also I had planned to get rid of the rig before cause I was going to try to sculpt wrinkles in his robe after he was posed.
but I can seem to get rid of the rig or don’t know how. Rigging and animation type work is not my strength and I know very little about it.
But just needed the character posed. So am trying to push through my ignorance. Any help would be appreciated.

hit apply on the armature modifier on the mesh object. i couldnt download your file. your mesh object should be “Object” parented to the armature, using an armature modifier to deform.
