Had some fun with displacement for the first time. I got the following image off of google: .
Imported it as a plane into blender, did a little in the compositor, also made an ambient occlusion version, sent it over to Photoshop, and boom! art. I think it works pretty well as a wallpaper.
I’ve seen all the tutorials about this technique on youtube, indeed it is an easy way to create nice results fast.
