This sculpt probably best represents my current level. There’s much room for improvement, but I’m not exactly sure where or how.

There is to many thing to fix so I’m not going to be specific.

yes like Tonatiuh says… what I see right away is that the eye is not pulled back at all. Next notice the curvature that they add on the side profile to the lips. These two things pop out at me as issues for your character. Also they add a curve by the top part of the nose. I think in addition the forehead should be a little taller. The eyes come to the center of the face and your are above that. The jaw line looks pretty okay to me.
