Is this retopology good idea?

Hello,
I made my first character (in zbrush and i plan to repair topology in blender) but i was wondering if this kind of retopology is good idea?
i intend to use this character in game engine(ue4) in user interface “RPG” hero customizer, not in game (polycount ~40k), so i will have max 1 character on screen with “zoom” ability so i wanted to make face detailed. Also hands(fingers) are detailed. I plan to animate face too.

Is this good idea? Or should i do same retopo density over whole mesh?

ok my bad, first topology was horrible idea, solution was to use zbrush polypaint,
now, i can only hope ill get good results in blender animation
