Extrapolation cycle makes a loop but it doesnt show any keyframes so if I want to change a detail in a long animation is impossible because that new keyframe will destroy the cicle.

If you want keyframes copy/paste the selected keyframes (Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V or buttons on header). Pasted at selected frame number
I know I can copy paste the keys but was wondering if there was a method of blender automatically doing that when creating a new cycle. Because I might have a lengthy animation so going to copy/paste everything on the graph or dopesheet can be time consuming, specially when the keys are all over the place
