Greetings everyone!
I posted a request a few months back, and I apologize to everyone who posted there before and I didn’t respond to.
Sadly the modeller I hired beforehand hasn’t gotten back to me with the finished product, but I have the blank model ready to work with in both .blend and .obj files.
The budget isn’t much but its all I have at the moment of $30.
