New Blender Workstation - Hardware Advice

Hello,
we will build a new PC for Blender. PC will be used only for work with Blender (modeling, texturing, shading and rendering). PC will not be for my personal use, so it will not be used for playing games  .Really just only web browsing and as most as possible - powerful for Blender 3D. Budget is very good - we can use $ 3500.

what do you think, will it be optimal pc for work with blender?

Here’s another configuration for 3.5K$
PCPartPicker part list
Much better in every aspect imo.

thank you!

The optimal PC also depends on what your workload is. If you spend lots of time in the viewport, modeling or animating then you have a different workload if you’re doing lots of shading, lighting and rendering. For example, a Xeon chip with many cores at a low clock speed will not be a good choice for single-threaded tasks such as modeling, but is a good choice for rendering.

thank you for help. we do both - lots of modeling and rendering. We will consider i7-7700K as alternative.
