Feature ideas - Where to post?

I’ve got an idea for a feature for Blender that would make modeling from reference photos and videos easier but do not know any coding myself to create such a thing myself. All I have is how I image that it might work and some basic ideas of how the underlying software might do its job.

I’m thinking about setting up some web pages offsite to explain what I have in mind to see if there would be any interest in it by those who actually develop the Blender app.

Where in this forum would I post such a thing?

Buff up your idea and really think it through to flesh it out to a full idea. Know how it will work. Make mock-up screenshots to show how someone would use it in Blender.

Then post it over at Right-Click Select for feedback and commentary from other Blender users and developers. (full disclosure: I run that site)
