Blender 2.8 Windows compatibility problem

Hello.

I’ve tried to execute Blender 2.8 just for test it.
But Windows 10 shows me the next message: “Windows has prevented running this application as it would put your computer at risk”.

I’m new in this forum and I’d like to know what should I do about that. I don’t know if I must delete Blender 2.8 or if there is another way to execute it safetly.

Thank you for the answer.
Yes, I located the SmartScreen and it’s activated as “Warn” all options. Now, I want to know if this Blender version is secure. I ask for it because I read in your links that the SmartScreen is not recommended to be disabled.
