I would like to rename some of my directories; I could relocate the blend file, but I have some links cannot be relocated (while it was not changed in any way and the file with the changed path refer to them).
Error message: ‘cannot relocate indirectly linked library’

Im replying because i have the same issue. The term “indirectly linked” is a bit vague and not describing the issue really well. Basically it means there nested linked blend files which are bad. Thus, you have a linked blend file, which also has linked files. That is what is meant by “Indirectly Linked Files”
