Why is Vertex Paint not Visible in Rendered View

So I painted this using Vertex Paint but when I go to “Rendered” View the color doesn’t show up. Could someone please tell me how to save the "Vertex Paint so I can see it in rendered view. Thanks.

Here’s a Cycles node setup:
Note the name ‘Col’. If your vertex colors are named otherwise then change as appropriate.

Ok, Thanks Tommy.

I watched a tutorial about baking my vertex colors. It said to select (Render Icon > Bake Mode > Vertex Colors) but the “Vertex Colors” option is missing. Do you know why its missing?
