FBX import gizmo issue

Hi to everybody,
Thanks to fbx importer, I was been able to import a FBX from a converted STP cad file of an engine.
I converted the FBX and when i import it to blender it works, fine, even the assembly and subassembly are present in the scene graph but I’ve a weird problem…
All the gizmo are not in the right place…the’re around in the viewport and it is a problem for me bacause i need to create a mechanical animation so i need to rotate the object in a precise way…

There is a solution to this problem?

FBX (retains relationships between parts, but the origins are all over the place and the tree structure is many levels deep)
