I’ve been working on Rococo style fashion as a means to better myself at blender modeling, going good so far but I’ve been attempting to do a polonaise puff to no luck so far, what would be the best or in the very least the most efficient way to go about making a polonaise puff? I uploaded two pics so it would be a bit helpful to see what I am talking about
