Not when you can answer your own question with a google search “blender bridge edge loops”

And you’re using one sentence with four words to post a support question. It’s not in the context of troubleshooting, showing you’ve actually tried, and that the issue is important enough to you. If it were, you’d use images to explain the issue and prepare+upload an example .blend to help others answer you.

It also helps if you’re in edge select mode [ctrl+tab].

This will for example not work because the edge at the top is selected because the mode is in vertex select mode.
