for beginners

there should really be a beginner friendly button in blender… one you toggle, that disables sertain features but makes everything easier to use.

for instance, if you press F with two verteses selected, and the new edge goes across a face, it should convert it from F to J to avoid this

and disable sertain things such as

ive helped beginners for well over 3 years now, and its always the same, Always!

have these features hidden under an “Advanced Mode” checkbox in users preference or something like that.

opinions?

i like the idea of limited shortcut keys, or at the least a logger so you can see the button you accidentally hit that ravenously ate your model and tore your pretty ui to shreds. an undo that would undo anything (like placing the cursor or splitting a ui space) would be of great help.
