Dear all. I am a medical educator and I am new to blender. I want to make an animation of to bubbles fusing together to make one.
In reality I need to show the fusion of a vesicle with a cytoplasmic membrane that looks quite similar to that. I will appreciate someone to point me in the right direction.

The easiest way would probably be to animate two metaball objects converging.
