Can anyone explain how this could happen and how to get it back?
New generated rig:
Rig I have been working on, painting weights and posing. Suddenly these panels are missing:
In the second image you can see an error message that Autorun Python scripts is disabled. (Next to Blender Render Dropdown at the top header.) There is an option to Reload as Trusted. Click that to run the rig.ui.py script or enable Autorun Python scripts in User Preferences.
