Is that possible? I want to avoid expanding the rendering window. So if I got a little image editor on the side it will just show the current rendering process on that window. Right now no matter where I hit render it maximises the render view.

Display: KeepUI or Image Editor.
KeepUI - render prewiev won’t open if you don’t have Image Editor without image set
Image Editor - Render preview will open in one of panels
