Can anybody explain why GIMP freezes when I try to resize the rectangle select to a certain size? I had like 4 freezes back to back and one made my mouse cursor disappear. I tried clicking up and down arrows, tried typing in a number. The one thing I think doesn’t freeze is using middle mouse scroll.
Hard to tell without even knowing your operating systems and version of GIMP. Or specifics like “certain size”.
Windows 10 64 bit, GIMP version is 2.8. It does it with any size really, but the size I was trying to do was go from 4000 x 3000 to 3000 x 3000.
