Sculpted with dyntopo from references, but now I don’t know how should I retopology this, I usually use SpeedRetopo but in this case I am lost. Any help, please?

a google search for “retopology blender” gives you this as the second result.
I see a whole lot of basic geometric shapes in that form so whats the issue ? just cubes cylinders and wedge shapes all brought together.
edit: Just to quickly show what I mean:
why do a retopo for that complex shape?
use the Boolean and join things
should be closer to what you need and faster !
