Windows 10 Blender 2.79 not file menu

Thanks for the help…bit confused, new version of blender does not display right on windows 10 HP specter x360.

The windows title bar displays over top of blenders menu (file, window, help…etc)

anyone else see this problem, can it be fixed?

Two things you can do:

  1. Update your Intel GPU drivers.
  2. In your Windows 10 Display Settings, change scaling to 100%.
