Hello peoples. A rendering/light issue I think?

Hi guys,

I’m working on this scene you see here. I did a little rest render last night, with denoising, around 300 samples, and the image was huge, about 4000x2500 or something like that. It came out alright for a preview, with SOME weird artifacts from the denoising feature but it wouldn’t render to a readable quality at all without denoiser on.

Anyway, I changed some things in the scene and tried to re-render, but now i’m getting muuuch worse quality than it was before. I tried making the image bigger, and smaller, upping the amount of samples…but now I just can’t get a good render.

I feel maybe I changed something I shouldn’t have and I have no idea what it was.

So my question is, how do i render this scene at decent smooth quality? I haven’t quite finished it, I want to keep improving, but would be good to see at least ‘pretty decent’ renders while working on it.

Any ideas peoples?

Thank you

Your render is too noisy, so the denoiser can’t make smooth correction and create this artefacts.
