try to model it from mesh topo
or you could use a lattice to deform it
or might even work with an armature to deform it
do some testing and have fun

I’d recommend to start with a low poly cylinder (like 8 vertices) and subsurf it. I would model the kink first, then I would do the bend.
I would make the cylinder.
I would put the image in the background and then move, bend and otherwise shape the cylinder into a kinked one.
Heck, you could then just project the image onto the tube for surfacing.
