Normal Map Not Working

Hey I’m relatively new to blender and I’m trying to Bake a normal map of a hi-Poly object for a low Poly Object and my Normal map keeps showing up like this:


Needless to say this isn’t what I’m trying to achieve. Any one have any advice?

Blend file needed (to show us settings, uvmaps, and anything that could mess up the baking process)
Just an image of your meshes doesn’t help at all, as we can make similar ones and have good results after baking them.
