Why do bones move when I load up the file?

Every time I save and load this file, the bones move from where the bones were before loading the file.
Any knowledge on this will be appreciated.

But with no file we have absolutely no chance of telling you what is wrong - post the blend file please either here, or if you cannot due to being a new member, post it to pasteall.org/blend then post the link here.

Thanks for the reply, I ended up finding a solution after some hours looking for it.
