How does one align a texture along an object this way (pic)?

I’ve UV mapped an object using follow active quads, and now I’m trying to figure out how to do the following. I apologize for any confusion, English isn’t my first language.

Notice how the edges on this low poly object are perfectly aligned between each stone tile. What are the techniques used to do this? Do I have to create a texture from scratch?


To be more clear, I’m trying to make the space between each tile be perfectly aligned with each edge (marked red as an example). Was wondering what techniques are used to achieve this.
