3d logo from vector graphic

Hi Community,

I want to model and 3d print the marshall logo. I have a Vector Graphic of the logo imported into blender and converted it into a mesh. I added height to it etc. but the problem is that the logo has a conic shape.
only scaling the top layer down doesnt work cause its scaling towards the center of the object and not the edges if you know what I mean. It has to be thinner (like a thinner font) and i dont find any tools for that.
I tried everything and I am new to blender.

Do you have any tips? Cant be that hard…

Thank you!!

I can’t say I have a good idea of what you’re describing. A pic would help.

Try alt-s in edit with the mesh selected, that’s a useful tool for beginners to learn about and might do what you want.
