eevee - getting opengl to wait for all samples?

I have a spotlight with volumetric scattering. I’ve upped the samples and lowered the tile size so that the spotlight looks nice in the viewport:


However, when I create an opengl render it seems as though it doesn’t wait for all samples to be applied. It’s the same effect whether I’m rendering an opengl image or animation:


What am I missing?

Yeah, I’d like to know more about this as well. I’ve had the same problem.

Have you tried Render > Render image (or F12), instead of Render > OpenGL render image? (use not very old buildbot builds)
